Good Rose Box

Bought a Box di Rose. It arrived fast, took 3 days to reach Milano. The roses looked great, exactly as pictured on the site. No issues.

Nice gift, some delivery delay

I ordered a Luxury Box with Rose Stabilizzate for my wife. The arrangement itself was beautiful, very elegant. Quality of the roses seemed high. However, delivery was a bit slow; it took 6 days to get to us in Rome, which was longer than expected. Packaging was good though, nothing was damaged. Customer service responded quickly when I inquired about the delay, which was helpful. A solid choice overall if you're not in a rush.

Mixed feelings on personalized box

I decided to get a Flower Box Personalizzata for a friend's anniversary. The ordering process online was straightforward, and I could easily add a custom message. Payment was simple enough with my credit card. The box arrived in Florence about 5 days later, which was decent. The roses themselves (Rose Rosse) were vibrant and looked well-preserved, as advertised. My main gripe was with the personalization; the font used for the message on the card wasn't quite what I envisioned from the preview, it looked a bit less refined in person. Also, the outer packaging had a small scuff, but the inner box and flowers were perfectly fine. It made a nice gift, but for a 'luxury' item, I expected everything to be flawless.
